The following Terms and Conditions apply to all party reservations made at Zenna

Party Numbers
A deposit is required for all parties of 40 or more guests
Parties of 75 guests or more are welcome but must hire the bar exclusively. A guaranteed minimum spend will be required for Zenna Bar. Please contact info@zenna-bar.co.uk for details.

Credit card details must be taken for all bookings.

Food menus
Any dietary requirements can be accommodated subject to prior arrangement with the Manager. We have a selection of canapes to choose from for large bookings. Please ask for this when booking.

We must be notified of your menu choice at least 2 working days prior to your party.

Cancellation policy

For all bookings under 50 guests we operate by a cancellation policy. £10 per person will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking, except for extraneous circumstances. This includes no-shows on the evening and substantially less numbers than bookings.

Deposit
To confirm your reservation for more than 50 guests we require a deposit as discussed with the manager.
This deposit is fully refundable on cancellation provided that we are given notice of no less than 7 working days.

Account facilities
We are unable to offer account facilities. The final bill (less deposit paid) should be settled at the end of the meal or event, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the management prior to the event.

Methods of payment
We accept most major credit cards. Company cheques will only be accepted by way of prior arrangement in writing from the management.

VAT is included in all prices and a 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
