Terms and Conditions:
Party Numbers & Confirmation: A minimum guaranteed no. of guests is required to reserve an area. Any changes must be notified in writing at least one week prior to the event. Areas will be reserved as per the guaranteed party size. Priority will be given on “first come first serve” basis. Credit card details must be provided for all group bookings to secure the reservation. Semi-Exclusive or Exclusive Hire: Parties of 50 – 70 guests must hire the bar semi-exclusively with agreed minimum spend. Parties of 70 guests or more must hire the bar exclusively with agreed minimum spend. 50% of the agreed minimum spend is required as deposit. Deposits: No deposit, Hire or Door Charge is required for any group booking up to 40 guests. 50% of the agreed minimum spend is required as deposit for all semi-exclusive or exclusive hire of the venue. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation or no-shows. Deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill on the date of your event. No-Shows & Cancellations: A charge of £10 per person applies for any no of no-shows for a group booking. Bookings for up to 10 guests may cancel before one week prior to their event. After this time there will be a £10 per head cancellation fee. Account facilities: We are unable to offer account facilities. The final bill (less deposit paid) should be settled at the end of the event. Methods of payment We accept most major credit cards. Food menus Any dietary requirements can be accommodated subject to prior arrangement. We must be notified of your menu choice at least 2 working days prior to your party. VAT is included in all prices and a 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
